How to Integrate Woo Sensei with Infusionsoft using Memberium

Memberium Admin —

Woo Sensei (Sensei) is Woo Themes entree into the Learning Management System (LMS) space for WordPress. Now owned by Automattic, Sensei is the more expensive option alongside LearnDash and WP Courseware. You can learn more about Woo Sensei at their site.

Pro Tip
If you are technically minded, and would like to take Sensei for a test drive to see if it’s a good fit before you commit to their support plan, you can download Sensei at no cost from their GitHub repository.

Woo Sensei / Memberium Integration Features

  • Automated Course Enrollment
  • Lesson access controlled by tags
  • Course completion tags
  • Lesson completion tags

Access Control

sensei-course-controlsLike LearnDash, Sensei uses the standard WordPress user interface for it’s courses and lessons. Your Memberium access controls will appear on the same pages that you use to create your courses and lessons in Sensei.

Automated Course Enrollment

You can use tags to automate enrolling users into Sensei courses. Like our other LMS integrations, users without the tag will be removed from the course if their enrollment tag is removed.

Sensei Course and Lesson Access

Because Sensei courses and lessons are built using WordPress custom post types, they inherit the full set of Memberium access controls, enabling you to control access at both the course and lesson level based on tags and membership levels.

Sensei Course and Lesson Completion

The Memberium / Infusionsoft integration for Sensei includes the ability to to run Campaign Builder goals, apply tags, or run an actionset when the user completes the course or lesson.
